Sadat Montgomery, Esq., is an experienced personal injury attorney with a demonstrated history of results. As the founding partner of Montgomery Law, PLLC, Sadat has tried and settled many complex personal injury and wrongful death cases—often resulting from catastrophic auto accidents.

Mr. Montgomery has not only represented clients against some of the largest insurance companies and businesses in the world, but has also been recognized by countless organizations for his expertise, legal prowess, and success in the courtroom.

Mr. Montgomery received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas, where he excelled in debate, moot court, and gained practical experience as a student attorney. Sadat was also a leader on campus, serving as the President of the Black Law Students Association and receiving recognition from Dean Attanasio for his accomplishments. Mr. Montgomery earned his B.A. in Communications from Prairie View A&M University in Houston, where he was a Division I basketball scholarship athlete.

Prior to law school, Mr. Montgomery worked for two multinational fortune 100 companies (Pfizer Pharmaceutical Corporation and Novartis Oncology) connecting medical practices with needed resources. This experience has given him the opportunity to build relationships with some of the top physicians in Texas, allowing his clients access to the best medical treatment options in the state.

Mr. Montgomery’s competitive background in debate has equipped him for the battles that regularly take place in the courtroom. His trial experience and continued training has only honed his ability to connect with victims and jurors alike, making him a highly effective attorney for personal injury victims & the families of those wrongfully killed.

Anwar Sadat Montgomery is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Texas, U.S. District Court – Northern District of Texas, U.S. District Court – Eastern District of Texas, as well all State Courts in Tennessee.

Mikkela Sweet is an attorney, entrepreneur, and executive leader with a history of working with High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals, families, and their businesses. Mikkela's experience includes Trust Administration, Taxation, Estate Planning, and Business Succession Planning. Throughout her professional career, Mikkela successfully spearheaded start-up operations for financial service firms, advised high net worth individuals and families on their wealth planning and succession and seamlessly managed fiduciary responsibilities for $1B+ books of business. In 2022, Mikkela was recognized by the American Bankers Association as a member of its 40 under 40 class for her exemplary performance and career achievements. Mikkela received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law, San Francisco, California. She also possesses the professional designation of a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) from the American Bankers Association.  Passionate about giving back, Mikkela serves as a Director of the Mission Dolores Academy of San Francisco, and a Leadership Committee member of the Emerging Advisors Network of The San Francisco Foundation.

 

Mikkela now seeks to bring this experience and knowledge to an underserved market – the mass affluent -- individuals, families and businesses who have traditionally been overlooked or priced out by firms seeking to service the traditional high net worth demographic. This group includes persons of all walks of life who seek to diligently plan for the future or protect the fruits of all of their past hard work.

Michael S. Feinberg graduated from USC in 1975 with high honors and from Loyola University School of Law in Los Angeles in 1978 where he received the Oxford University Merit Scholarship in International Law and represented the State of California as a delegate to the Oxford University International Legal Studies Program in Oxford, England. Since being admitted to the California State Bar in November 1978, Michael has focused his private practice and expertise on real estate related litigation and has represented diverse clientele in over 75 trials and in hundreds of alternative dispute resolution forums. Since 1988, Michael has been recognized by his peers as a Martindale-Hubbard “AV” Preeminent Rated Attorney, which is the highest attorney peer recognition available. He has also been included regularly in the “Tops in His Field” attorney edition of Inland Empire Lawyers Magazine. He has handled multiple mass tort and arson cases.
